What is Notion?
Notion combines documents, databases, wikis and lightweight project management into a single flexible workspace. Blocks can be rearranged into anything from a personal second brain to a company-wide knowledge base, and databases give structure to notes without forcing a rigid system.
Pros
- Extremely flexible
- Huge template ecosystem
- Great for teams and solo use
Cons
- Can get slow with large databases
- Setup can become a procrastination trap
Who should use Notion
People who want one flexible home for notes, projects and knowledge.
Who may not need it
