Browse by goal and smarter search
- Added a Browse by Goal section with curated bundles for eight outcomes, each with a short playbook.
- Search now understands plain language, so you can describe your problem instead of guessing keywords.
- Search results explain briefly why each resource matched.
- Added a clean public data export of the directory in JSON and CSV.

Fresh resources added daily
- New productivity resources are now added to the directory every day.
- Every new listing is checked against the directory taxonomy and duplicates are removed before it goes live.
- Existing curated resources stay exactly as they are and always appear first.
- Listings never show where a resource was found, only the resource itself.

Updated site thumbnail for light mode
- Replaced the social sharing preview image with a light mode screenshot of the website.
- OpenGraph and Twitter Card image tags now point to the new 1200x630 thumbnail.

Removed the upvote feature
- Upvote buttons and the most upvoted ranking page have been removed from the whole site.
- Resources are now sorted purely by curation, rating and popularity.

Added a How to Submit page
- Added a short page explaining that all submissions now go through one public Google Form, with a prominent button to open it.
- Every submit link across the sidebar, footer and homepage now opens the form in a new tab.
- If a browser blocks the new tab, the form address is shown inline with a copy button so nobody gets stuck.
- The page is linked in the sidebar and footer.

Added 10 best ways to make money online
- Added a new page ranking the ten best ways to make money online, each with a score out of 100 and a star rating out of 5.
- Methods are ranked from best to worst based on accessibility, speed to first income, income potential and scalability.
- The page is linked in the sidebar and includes freelancing, content creation, digital products, affiliate marketing, e-commerce and more.
- Published a matching blog post with the full breakdown and no images.

Day 2: 10 new YouTube videos added
- Added ten recently published YouTube videos worth watching to accelerate your career.
- They cover only self-improvement, AI, technology, learning and online business.
- A new resource type for videos was added so they can be filtered on their own.
- They are also grouped together in a new collection of career-accelerating videos.
- Published a new article summarising all ten and what each one gives you.

- Today is day 2 since launch. Best Productivity Resources went live on 25 August 2026.
- Added Raindrop.io, CleanShot X, ClickUp, Fathom, Craft, Focusmate, Rize, Bear, n8n and Tally to the directory.
- Each one was checked on its current website and none of them repeat anything already listed.
- They also appear in the relevant collections for students, creators, remote workers, entrepreneurs, free resources and AI tools.
- Published a new article covering all ten and who each one suits.
- New resources will keep being added daily and logged here.

- Added Refero Styles to the directory under Web App.
- It collects over 2,000 real design systems and turns them into DESIGN.md examples for AI agents.
- Best for developers, designers, creators and no-code builders who want AI-generated interfaces to look polished.

- Best Productivity Resources officially launched on 25 August 2026. This is day 1.
- The full hand-verified directory of productivity tools, apps, AI tools, courses, books and other resources is now open to everyone.
- Search, filters, categories, collections, articles, upvotes and this update log are all live from day 1.
- New resources and updates will be added from today onwards and logged here.

Undo for upvotes
- Upvotes can now be undone with a single tap, so accidental votes are easy to reverse.
- Vote counts update instantly and roll back if something goes wrong.
- Added this public update log and linked it across the site.

- Added autocomplete and typeahead suggestions to the sitewide search bar.
- Suggestions cover resources, categories, resource types and tags.
- Full keyboard navigation for the suggestion list.
