1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Best Productivity Resources ("the site"), operated by Shushant Lakhyani, you agree to these Terms of Use. It also publishes a page for each resource with pros and cons, comparison pages, best-free lists, collections, free guides, articles including daily summaries of AI and technology news, a video tour and free browser-based tools. Listings are selected and written on merit based on our own research and editorial judgment. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement, sponsorship or guarantee of suitability for your specific situation, and you should always evaluate a resource against your own needs before purchasing or relying on it.

3. Accuracy of information

Resource details, features, pricing classifications and availability change over time. We review listings regularly and correct errors when we find them or they are reported, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is current, complete or error-free. Always confirm pricing, features and terms on the official website of the resource before making decisions.

Ratings, pros and cons, verdicts, comparisons and list rankings are our editorial opinions, not user reviews or measured test results. Pricing labels such as Free, Freemium and Paid are broad categories. Descriptions, comparisons, summaries and share images are prepared with the help of AI tools and reviewed before publication.

4. Resource submissions

You may suggest resources for inclusion by messaging us on LinkedIn. By submitting, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have the right to share the submitted material.
• You grant us permission to publish an edited version of the submission on the site.

Submission does not guarantee inclusion. We review every suggestion and publish only resources that meet our editorial standards. We may edit, decline or remove any submission or listing at our discretion, without notice.

5. External links

Listings link directly to third-party websites. We do not operate, control or take responsibility for external sites, their content, their pricing, their availability or their practices. Your interactions with any linked website, including purchases and account creation, are solely between you and that website under its own terms.

The featured section above the directory listings may contain sponsored or affiliate links. These are curated, trustworthy productivity resources that we recommend regardless of any referral arrangement. Any relationship with a featured tool does not guarantee placement or a positive review. See the Affiliate Disclosure for the full picture. Affiliate links elsewhere on the site, including in some listings, are labelled "Affiliate" next to the link.

Outbound links carry referral tags (utm_source and utm_medium) that tell the destination the visit came from this site. The "Ask AI" buttons open third-party AI services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Grok with a ready-made question; their answers are produced by those services, not by us, and their own terms apply.

6. The Featured badge

If your product is listed in the directory, you may display the free "Featured on Best Productivity Resources" badge on your website, README or launch page. We grant you a free, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the official badge unaltered, linking to your listing or to the site. The badge shows that your product is listed; it must not be used to suggest that we endorse, certify or rank your product above others. The permission ends if your listing is removed or if we ask you to take the badge down. The badge is never sold and never affects a listing.

7. Intellectual property

The site's design, branding, editorial text, collection descriptions and original articles are the property of Best Productivity Resources and may not be copied, republished or redistributed in bulk without written permission. Product names, trademarks and brands mentioned in listings belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification and review purposes only. The icons and logos shown next to listings, including in the share images we create for each page, belong to their owners and are used only to identify the product; owners can ask us to change or remove them. You are welcome to link to any public page of the site.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-copy the directory in a way that harms the service, or to build a competing directory or dataset.
• Submit false, misleading, malicious or unlawful content.
• Attempt to disrupt the site, its infrastructure or other users' access.
• Misrepresent the site, its curator or its editorial positions.

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read and cite public pages, following our robots.txt and llms.txt files, provided they link back to the page they used.

9. Disclaimers

The site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing on the site constitutes professional, financial, legal or productivity advice tailored to you. The full Disclaimer forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

14. Corrections, copyright and takedown requests

If a listing about your product is inaccurate, outdated or you want it removed, email the legal contact below with the listing name and what should change. If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice that identifies the protected work, the exact page address of the material, your contact details, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. Valid requests are actioned promptly, usually by editing or removing the listing.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Best Productivity Resources and its operator against any claim, loss or expense arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or content you submit that infringes someone else's rights.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, Affiliate Disclosure , Sponsorship & Advertising Policy and Copyright & Takedown Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
