We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from everyone who submits a resource. Listings are short, original editorial descriptions written by us. Product names, logos referred to in text, trademarks and brands belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification and review purposes only.

The site's design, branding, editorial text, collection descriptions and original articles belong to Best Productivity Resources. You may quote a short extract with a visible link back, and you are always welcome to link to any public page. Bulk copying, republishing or scraping the directory is not permitted; see the Terms of Use.

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright or trademark, email the legal contact below with a notice that includes all of the following:

• Identification of the protected work or mark, with a link to it where possible.
• The exact page address on this site where the material appears.
• Your name, postal address and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We acknowledge notices within 7 working days and action valid ones promptly, usually by editing or removing the material in question.

If a listing about your product is inaccurate or outdated, or you simply want it removed, email us with the listing name and what should change. You do not need a legal claim for this: we remove or correct listings on a reasonable request from the owner. There is no charge, and there is no requirement to place an ad.

Each listing shows the product's own icon or logo, taken from its public website or code repository and stored on our server, and the share image we create for each page includes that icon and the product name. They are used only to identify the product and remain the property of their owners. If you own a mark and want it changed or removed, email us and we will do so promptly. News summaries are written in our own words and link to their sources rather than reproducing articles.

If content of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to our email with your reasoning and any evidence of your rights, and we will review it. Knowingly submitting a false notice wastes everyone's time and may carry legal consequences for the sender.
