1. Our position
We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from everyone who submits a resource. Listings are short, original editorial descriptions written by us. Product names, logos referred to in text, trademarks and brands belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification and review purposes only.
2. What we own
The site's design, branding, editorial text, collection descriptions and original articles belong to Best Productivity Resources. You may quote a short extract with a visible link back, and you are always welcome to link to any public page. Bulk copying, republishing or scraping the directory is not permitted; see the Terms of Use.
3. Reporting infringing content
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright or trademark, email the legal contact below with a notice that includes all of the following:
- Identification of the protected work or mark, with a link to it where possible.
- The exact page address on this site where the material appears.
- Your name, postal address and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We acknowledge notices within 7 working days and action valid ones promptly, usually by editing or removing the material in question.
4. Corrections and removal of your listing
If a listing about your product is inaccurate or outdated, or you simply want it removed, email us with the listing name and what should change. You do not need a legal claim for this: we remove or correct listings on a reasonable request from the owner. There is no charge, and there is no requirement to place an ad.
5. Counter-notices and misuse
If content of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to our email with your reasoning and any evidence of your rights, and we will review it. Knowingly submitting a false notice wastes everyone's time and may carry legal consequences for the sender.

- For rights requests, the email address you used with us so we can match the record.
- For takedowns, proof of ownership or authority to act on the owner's behalf.
- Response time
- We acknowledge legal and privacy emails within 7 working days and aim to resolve valid requests within 30 days. Governing jurisdiction: India.
