What is Tana?
Tana combines outlining, tagging and databases so a note can be a task, a person, a meeting or a project depending on its supertag. Views, fields and AI commands let you build a personal operating system without maintaining a dozen separate tools.
Pros
- Extremely powerful data model
- Voice capture works well
- One system for notes, tasks and people
Cons
- Steep learning curve
- Easy to over-engineer your setup
