01

What is a personal brand?

Your personal brand is what people think of when they hear your name: what you know, how you help, and how you show up.

AI tools can help you:

  • Find your positioning
  • Write your story and bio
  • Design a consistent visual identity
  • Build a simple personal website
  • Create content consistently
  • Track how people see you

AI can polish your brand. It cannot invent one. Start with what is true.

02

Discover your positioning

Interview me one question at a time about my skills, experience, values, and the people I help. Then suggest three positioning statements in the form: I help [who] achieve [what] through [how].

Choose the one you can prove and would enjoy talking about for years.

03

Write your story

  • Where you started
  • A turning point
  • What you learned
  • Who you help now and how
  • Proof: results, projects, or credentials

Ask AI for a one-line, one-paragraph, and one-page version. Edit each until it sounds like you.

04

Create your bios

One line
For social profiles
Short
For speaker and guest introductions
Long
For your website’s About page
05

Build a visual identity

  • Two or three brand colors
  • One or two fonts
  • A consistent profile photo
  • Templates for posts and slides
  • A simple logo or wordmark if you need one

Use Canva or Figma for templates. Use AI image tools for graphics, not for fake photos of yourself.

06

Make a personal website

  • Who you are and who you help
  • Proof and examples of your work
  • Your content or newsletter
  • How to contact or work with you

Build it with Claude Design, Lovable, or a website builder. A domain with your name is worth owning.

07

Plan your content

  • Pick three content pillars
  • Choose one main platform
  • Turn your experience into an idea bank
  • Draft with AI, edit in your voice
  • Repurpose each piece across platforms
08

Show up on the right platforms

LinkedIn
Professional expertise and B2B
X
Fast ideas and industry conversation
YouTube
Deep teaching and search traffic
Instagram and TikTok
Visual stories and short video
Newsletter
The audience you own

Master one platform before adding another.

09

Start a newsletter

Social platforms can change their algorithms. An email list stays yours. Use AI to turn your best posts into weekly issues, and always add one new insight.

10

Protect your reputation

  • Set alerts for your name
  • Fact-check everything before posting
  • Never let AI invent achievements or quotes
  • Disclose sponsorships and AI-generated images where required
  • Avoid deepfakes and voice clones of yourself in public content unless clearly labeled
11

Stay authentic

  • Share real lessons and mistakes
  • Keep your own opinions
  • Reply to people personally
  • Show your face and voice where you can
  • Let your brand evolve as you grow

People follow people. Keep the person in your personal brand.

12

Measure your progress

  • Followers and subscribers on your main platform
  • Inbound messages and opportunities
  • Newsletter growth
  • Invitations to speak, write, or collaborate
13

Master personal brand prompt

Act as my personal brand strategist. About me: [background]. I help: [audience]. My goals: [goals]. My main platform: [platform]. Create my positioning statement, three content pillars, a one-line and one-paragraph bio, a 30-day content plan, and a simple visual identity suggestion. Use only facts I have given you. Mark anything I need to fill in.

The real opportunity

Do not use AI to become someone else online. Use it to show who you really are, more clearly and consistently.

  • Positioning
  • Story
  • Bio
  • Visuals
  • Website
  • Content
  • Newsletter

Write your one-line positioning today and use it everywhere this week.
