Best new AI agent, coding and interface resources: 4 October
A roundup of yesterday's directory additions: agent memory tools, ways to run and orchestrate coding agents, Claude Code skills and templates, and interface components.

The directory additions from 4 October are dominated by AI agents and coding tools, with groups covering agent memory, running several coding agents at once, skills and templates for Claude Code, and tools that point agents at your interface. There is also a small set of interface components and one self-hosted fitness tracker. Features and pricing change, so check each tool's own page before you commit.
Memory and knowledge for agents
funes indexes your past sessions across Claude Code, Codex, pi and Hermes so any agent can recall earlier decisions and findings, and a memory can be published as a dataset on the Hugging Face Hub; publishing memory publicly could expose session content, so review it first. OSK System is a local Markdown memory and MCP runtime with an Obsidian-compatible vault template, though its licence is not a standard open-source licence.
Obsidian Vault Intelligence is an Obsidian plugin that helps you search, connect and make sense of your notes, and it needs a model or API key. FastMemory represents text as a structure of concepts to improve RAG and AI memory without embeddings; its benchmark claims are the project's own. ClearAI is an ontology discovery platform built as a plugin for DeepSeek Harness, so it is tied to that harness. Agents Universe offers shared agents and project context for teams, with documentation mainly in Chinese.
Running and orchestrating coding agents
A Fable of Codexes is a Claude Code skill that plans work, dispatches parallel OpenAI Codex workers in separate git worktrees and verifies every branch before it merges; it works best with both Claude and Codex access, which can be costly, and large campaigns can use a lot of tokens. OxiMux is a native Rust app for macOS that runs CLI coding agents in parallel in isolated worktrees with a Git review interface.
Runner lets terminal agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Copilot CLI and pi work together on one task, each in its own terminal. Dely is a control protocol that turns requests into approved design contracts before implementation and independent code reviews, which can feel process-heavy for small tasks. tty7 is a GPU-rendered Rust terminal whose shells survive quitting the app.
For developers building their own agent systems, Atmosphere is a portable agent runtime for the JVM that speaks MCP, A2A and AG-UI, and Claude Agent SDK for Go is an unofficial Go SDK for driving the Claude Code CLI, so it may lag the official SDKs. kwin-mcp lets AI agents operate a KDE Plasma 6 Wayland desktop; letting an agent control your desktop needs care. Projektor is a self-hosted wiki and issue tracker designed for AI that runs on Cloudflare Workers and needs a Cloudflare account.
Skills, plugins and templates for Claude Code
Claude Code Templates is a free CLI and catalogue of more than 1,000 agents, commands, skills, MCP integrations, hooks and settings; quality varies, so review any hook or command before installing it. Trending Claude Skills keeps an auto-updated leaderboard of trending skills and agent repositories.
drawio-skill turns natural language, code, infrastructure files and API specs into editable draw.io architecture diagrams, though large diagrams still need a human review. Monte Carlo Agent Toolkit brings data and agent observability into Claude Code and Cursor and needs a Monte Carlo account. Power BI Agentic Development is a marketplace of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric skills, subagents and hooks under a GPL-3.0 licence.
Awesome Journal Skills offers skill packs for more than 200 academic journals, from topic selection to reviewer replies, and its output still needs expert human review. ReelMimic takes a video you like and has an AI crew on Claude Code or Codex build a new one in the same style; it needs a Claude Code or Codex subscription.
Pointing agents at your interface
React Grab points your coding agent at the source code behind any UI element, is built for React projects and quotes speed-ups from its own benchmarks. Agentation turns UI annotations into structured context for coding agents and is desktop only for now. Mesurer is a Chrome extension for inspecting and annotating a live interface for your agent; its pricing is not stated on the site.
Tinte reads a live site, compiles its design system into an Agent Plugin and fails the build on colours that bypass the tokens. Hallmark is a design skill for Claude Code, Cursor and Codex that steers generated interfaces towards more distinctive designs, although design taste is subjective.
Interface components
CSS Buttons collects more than 100 contributed button designs with CSS or Tailwind code to copy. BoardUI is a React design system for agentic products and dashboards with 85 components and blocks; it is freemium, and its Pro templates are paid. Planes offers more than 100 interactive React, Tailwind and Motion components and is paid, with a one-time price.
Beyond code
openGym is a self-hosted gym and body-weight tracker with routines, workout logging and imports from FitNotes, Strong and Hevy. You need to self-host it with Docker, and its AGPL-3.0 licence has strict terms for modified versions.
Pick one memory tool, one agent workflow or one interface resource rather than adding everything at once. Browse the full directory for the rest of the collection.
