What is Dayflow?
Dayflow is a free, open-source, local-first Mac app that watches what you work on and turns it into a clear timeline of your day. It drafts daily standup notes, shows weekly focus and distraction patterns and lets you chat with your work journal, using local models or your own AI provider.
Third-party open-source projects. We are not affiliated with their authors; repositories are provided as-is by their maintainers. Review each project's license, code and security before installing. See our Disclaimer.
Pros
- No timers or manual notes
- Standup updates drafted for you
- Can run fully on local models
Cons
- macOS 14 or later only
- Cloud AI providers receive activity data if you pick one
