What is Adrafinil?

Adrafinil is a small open-source Mac app that stops your Mac sleeping while AI coding agents such as Claude Code are running, then lets it sleep again when they finish. It is an agent-aware alternative to tools like Amphetamine or the caffeinate command, written in Swift and released under the MIT licence.
